Tokaj Region

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Tokaj has been enchanting wine enthusiasts for centuries. The magic of Tokaji lies in a remarkable natural phenomenon known as the ‘noble rot’ (botrytis cinerea). Under the region’s unique climate – misty mornings followed by warm afternoons – grapes slowly shrivel and concentrate their sugars and flavours, producing wines of remarkable richness and balance.
