The Mandalorian, Eps 1, 2 and 3: The Mandalorian accepts a commission from Bounty Hunters’ Guild leader Greef Karga to collect a 50-year-old ‘asset’ for a mysterious client. That asset turns out to be a 50-year-old infant of the same species as the late Master Yoda. Mando returns to his spaceship with the child in tow to discover Jawas have stripped it of parts. With the help of a local named Kuiil, he embarks on a side quest to get his parts returned, and finds out the little green humanoid is powerfully Force-sensitive. Greef pays Mando very handsomely in beskar metal for the mini-Yoda, yet the mercenary worries what is to become of the child. Finally, encased in fancy new armour, the Mandalorian returns to rescue it with help from his Mandalorian kin.

The Mandalorian, Eps 4, 5 and 6: Mando seeks sanctuary on the forest-swamp planet of Sorgan with the child. He soon bumps into Cara Dune, a former Imperial shock trooper, before the two get hired by a village as two of ‘seven samurai’ who can protect their village from an outfit of roving Klatooninians. This they are successful at but Mando realises it’s in everyone’s interest if he takes the infant and leaves. Mando’s ship, the ‘Razor Crest,’ gets shot up in a dogfight and needs urgent repairs. Mando heads to the nearest repair facility on Tatooine, run by Peli Motto. She agrees to repair his stricken ship, but the parts won’t pay for themselves; Mando heads to the nearest cantina to find work. There he meets a rookie bounty hunter called Calican who only wants to capture the deadliest assassin in the system, Fennec Shand. The two manage to capture her surprisingly easily, however. Whilst Mando heads out into the dunes to get hold of a Dewback, Calican shoots Fennec and leaves her for dead. Then he makes the foolish decision to kidnap Peli and the child back at the repair facility to lay a trap for Mando and that, of course, is the last mistake the rookie ever makes. Mando next reacquaintes himself with Ran, a merc ‘friend’ from the good old days. Ren puts Mando on a job with a crew tasked with breaking out a psycho criminal named Qin from a prison transport. These ne’er-do-wells attempt to stab Mando in the back but, as always, Mando comes out on top.

The Mandalorian, Eps 7 and 8: Mando knows the problem of bounty hunters trying to kill baby-Yoda isn’t going to go away, so it’s just as well Greef Karga pops up again with no hard feelings and an offer to help Mando kill the client who wanted the child in the first place and keeps sending said b-hunters. Mando takes up the offer and hires Cara and Kuiil to help him on this perilous mission. The team make it into the client’s presence but realise they are up to their necks in it. An ex Imperial officer named Moff Gideon also wants the child and has a small army of stormtroopers to eradicate anyone standing between him and infant-Yoda. With the help of a droid and ‘the Armourer,’ Mando and the child just might scrape their way out of this mess alive.

The Mandalorian, eps. 9, 10 and 11: Mando has resolved to seek out others of his kin to help him find a Jedi he can leave his little green guy in the care of. As a result, he gets a tip-off that one can be found back on Tatooine. When he does find the armour-clad figure at a mining outpost, he’s no Mandalorian; he’s a marshal who bought his armour and Mando wants the beskar battle gear off the man, It’s a testament to Mando’s virtue that he doesn’t simply kill the Marshal for it but agrees to help the him kill a Krayt Dragon in exchange. Yet his search for a Mandalorian continues.
Returning to his mechanic friend Pelli Motto, she tells him to take a ‘Frog Lady’ to the moon Trask where he will be directed to someone who, in turn, will direct him where Mando will find his kin. The taxi run, which can’t be performed in hyperspeed, is ruined when some X-Wing ‘traffic cops’ try to pull Mando over and he runs from them, crash landing on an ice planet that mangles his ship. There, a nest of spider-aliens swarms around them yet they are saved, incredibly, by the same X-Wing pilots.
Finally on Trask, Mando is invited to board a fishing trawler that will ferry him to the other Mandalorians on the planet. But our hero is betrayed before a squad of Mandalorians rescue him and Grogu before they hire him to rob an Imperial craft of its stowed weapons. This is so they can use them to take back their home planet of Mandalore. Mando agrees to help them but cannot join in their crusade as he must continue his own quest to seek out a Jedi. The Mandalorians direct him to the forest planet of Corvus, where he will find a Jedi called Ahsoka Tano.

Meanwhile, Moff Gideon has Mando’s ship Razor Crest planted with a tracking device as Mando sets off for his next destination – Corvus, where the Jedi Ahsoka Tano is waiting. On Corvus, the city of Calodan is still under the ragged, iron fisted rule of Imperial Magistrate Elsbeth which Ahsoka wants to free the city from. The Magistrate conveniently hires Mando to seek out and kill Ahsoka but this merely gives him the opportunity to rendezvous with his long-time Jedi quarry. They agree to team up, wipe out Elsbeth’s retinue of thugs and free the city before Ahsoka sends Mando and Grogu onto the ruins of a Jedi temple on Tython where Grogu can contact his Jedi brethren through the Force.
Mando and Grogu land at the temple; Grogu is placed at its centre and the little guy activates a Force field around him. Yet, Moff Gideon, who has been tracking their movements, sends in his stormtroopers to kidnap Grogu but not before the fortuitous arrival of Boba Fett and Fennec Shand who join forces with the beskar clad warrior to fight off the stormtroopers. They cannot stop Gideon’s four Dark Troopers from snatching Grogu back to Gideon’s cruiser that escapes into hyperdrive flight.

The nearest terminal Migs can do this is at an Imperial refinery. So, Mando and Migs sneak into the refinery complex disguised as stormtroopers.
Mando reveals his face in order to recover the info needed from the terminal before a chat with an imperial officer ends loudly. M&M escape on Fett’s pod ship and Migs achieves salvation. Armed with Gideon’s ship location, Mando recruits the Mandalorians he worked with on Trask to rescue the child from Moff Gideon’s clutches. Gideon’s cruiser is swarming with troopers, including a whole platoon of Dark Trooper droids, so Mando’s team hit hard and fast to save Grogu but are then cornered on the ship’s bridge. It is there, about to be pulverised, that the rescuers are rescued themselves by the greatest Jedi still alive, Luke Skywalker!
Soon after Luke Skywalker takes Grogu to train in the ways of the force, Mando finds himself heading back to Tatooine for a job offered to him by an old friend. What he doesn’t know is that there are others in the far reaches of the galaxy still searching for the child.

The Book of Boba Fett, Eps. 1, 2 and 3: We see that Bobba Fett and an assassin under his wing named Fennec Shand have taken over Jabba’s old criminal empire centred in Mos Espa, but it will take a careful mix of brute force and diplomacy to pacify their newly acquired enemies that have come with the territory. These include Jabba’s cousins; a pair of Hutts known as ‘The Twins’. By increments, Fett acquires a rancor for a pet, a gang of enforcers and some guards. Ultimately, Fett must prepare for a war with a soon-to-arrive Pyke Syndicate.
Looking back, Fett remembers how he escaped the Sarlacc’s stomach but had his armour stolen by Jawas and a Tuskan tribe then enslaved him. It was testament to Fett’s toughness and warrior prowess that he first earned the tribe’s respect, deference and eventual idolisation, becoming a fully fledged member of the tribe that, in turn, came to command respect and tribute from their neighbours. This, before their destruction by a Pyke Syndicate.

Skeleton Crew, Eps. 1 and 2: Wim and Neel are inseparable friends, preparing to take their school aptitude tests that will lay out their futures working as bureaucratic cogs in a sterile office somewhere. But Wim, for one, longs for more and dreams of an adventure through his fantasies, gleaned from reading about the legends of the Jedi Knights. Fern and KB are also close friends who like to play truant, even though much is expected from Fern, given her mother’s status as a high ranking official. The two pairs of children don’t know each other until Wim discovers a buried spaceship in the forest whilst taking a shortcut to school, and Fern overhears about it. Bringing their chums along, they dig the spaceship open and power it up before Wim impulsively presses the launch button to send them into hyperdrive deep space with only a decrepit drone onboard for any kind of ‘adult’ guidance.
Once they gather their wits, they discover they are on an old pirate ship and the droid, named SM-33, takes them to a pirate base he knows of. There, the nervous kids forlornly search for a friendly face amongst the rowdy ruffians before they are enslaved. The four are apprehended by a band of pirates and sent to the brig but not before discovering that At-Attin holds a legendary reputation as a source of unimaginable riches.

Skeleton Crew, Eps. 3, 4 and 5: The children are put in the brig with a mysterious man who can use the Force; a Jedi possibly? He is called Jod Na Nawood and offers to help them escape back to their ship if he can return to At-Attin with them. Escaping the pirates’ clutches, the band of five, together with SM-33, head to an ‘old friend’ of Jod’s who can give them the coordinates to return to their home planet, but At-Attin is carefully hidden because it is actually home to a massive mint and gold hoard that Jod and the pirates – led by pirate Captain Brutus – would kill to get their hands on.
The gang get the coordinates they’re looking for, though not before they have to escape from some New Republic X-Wing fighters, and end up on a sister planet to At-Attin named At-Achrann. This planet’s civilisation has long been destroyed, and some of its survivors – the Troik tribe – live a brutish existence fighting with another tribe for resources. After Jod and SM-33 recover some herd beasts of the Troik’s, the gang are told where they can find the ‘Fallen Sanctum’ where the true coordinates for At-Attin can be found. Yet the directions home are not there. Perhaps the coordinates can be found at the old hideout of their ship’s previous pirate captain, Tak Rennod? Rennod’s old hideout on the planet Lanupa is now a luxury resort, and Captain Brutus is still on their trail. Searching under the resort through Lanupa’s hidden caves, Jod and the kids find Rennod’s lair: full of treasure, with the coordinates to At-Attin, plus a lightsaber. It is now that Jod, overcome by greed, shows his true colours as a cutthroat pirate himself. He takes over captaincy of their ship though not before the children escape.

Just as Jod’s about to get thrown into an airlock, he strains every last sinew of his considerable charisma to persuade his old pirate crew to head with him to At-Attin for all the credits they could dream of. Meanwhile Wim, Fern, KB and Neel’s escape dumps them on the trash pile where, frustrated at their plight, they split up before reuniting to rescue their Onyx Cinder spacecraft from the scrap heap.
Both the treacherous Jod and the children have the coordinates to At-Attin, so that is where they reunite once more. Jod eventually schemes to sneak aboard the Onyx Cinder to take the kids hostage whilst masquerading as a Republic emissary so that he can dupe the At-Attin’s AI-droid Supervisor to allow entry to Jod’s pirate ship. From there, the crooks can take over the largely defenseless planet and its riches. Yet the children won’t take this lying down but must draw on every resource of cunning and courage to get a message out to the New Republic for a rescue force to thwart Jod and his piratical, tyrannical scheme once and for all.
